I utterly reject that analysis...we need some new thinking from enlightened people, maybe the women of the world, instead of tired old men who are always ready to go to war. War doesn’t solve problems...it just kills more people and causes more misery.

@Marionville Says history. Poverty has always led to civil insurrection and war. .... and the world is very likely going to enter a recession, with widespread poverty.
I hate this conclusion, but it is very, very likely.

@Petter Then we have to do our best to change that model for a better one. We need to start by electing a different type of politician...ones that unite us and do not sow divisions of hate and blame.

@Petter She is certainly better than most...probably due to the fact that she saw first hand what the aftermath of war can do to a country, living as she did in the Soviet half of her own for the first half of her life.
