He just does not have the actual number of individuals, he just declared dead in the name of his god!
His motto, “Let god sort them out” it is not my job, Copeland only takes their money and property to enrich himself and his family on their behalf
Let’s us see what his god does when the second wave of this pandemic plague takes his flock to their Rapture!!!
