DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THE OTHER $1.1
TRILLION WENT?
(this is not a joke. I actually received this email from Indiana US Senator. )

"Thank you for contacting me regarding the ongoing coronavirus response. I appreciate hearing from you on this important matter.

My Senate colleagues and I have been working to find bipartisan solutions to help contain the spread of coronavirus and provide relief to the many Americans who have been adversely impacted by no fault of their own. On March 25, 2020, I voted to pass the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. This comprehensive legislation, which was signed into law by President Trump, provides immediate support to those who need it most, including families, workers, small businesses, and health care providers on the front lines of fighting this pandemic. Overall, the CARES Act includes $100 billion for hospitals and health care services, $350 billion for small business loans including incentives to maintain workers on their payroll, $500 billion for direct loans for distressed industries, recovery rebates for Hoosiers, and expanded unemployment benefits."

Do you mean the breakdown of the money allocated by the CARES Act? I would check one of the major mainstream media sources for that. Especially a source heavily focused on the economy. From what I've heard on the news, it's a bit misleading/confusing, because apparently some of the money allocated at this point just backs the loans, and some are reporting some of amount of the loans as part of the CARES Act. Then again, I could be completely wrong. 😛
