Yes it is. I ended up there through no fault of my own, but all the fault of the corona virus.

@AstralSmoke Yes it certainly has been an adventure.
That is a very cool structure. Nice to see people thinking outside the box. We have a bridge over a river in town. when it was replace the new design makes it impossible to see the water fall as you drive by in a car. the waterfall is the prettiest view in town and is now obstructed. sad.
