The following is a Michigan law that is not enforced but still official:

THE MICHIGAN PENAL CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 328 of 1931

750.102 Blasphemy; punishment.
Sec. 102.

Punishment—Any person who shall wilfully blaspheme the holy name of God, by cursing or contumeliously reproaching God, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Should I be prosecuted for this at that I created. It does not include the face.

What is the holy name of God? If the law cannot say what the holy name of God is, then they could not properly prosecute for blasphemy against that name.
