Well, well, well. Imagine bible belt funerals hiring strippers to perform! It happens in China!
"...the performers saunter into the audience to giggle their breasts..." Clearly something was lost in translation.
Probably a typo. Jiggle?
@Petter Clearly, but the imagery of giggling breasts is quite amusing, just the same.
Hmm... I perform weddings and funerals for a living, and so far there have been no requests to include strippers, but we quite often have hula dancers for both. While they keep their hula costumes on, the dance affirms love and life in a bit the same way.
Sounds like a good idea. If people are dying it’s time to stoke up the fire and get some new ones started.
My plans for my own going away party are considered a little wild by some but definitely not this wild.
Now you've got us curious what your funeral or celebration of life wishes are!
@Julie808 Potluck party at my house with friends singing their assigned karaoke songs for me. A local band has promised to play a few songs and my grandkids will sing. Neighbor John is going to roll is big grill on wheels over to the house and do ribs. Alcohol will be encouraged.
No one will do speeches and there will not be a video. I did tell one granddaughter she can do a scrap book but to try and include pictures with friends as often as possible.I haven't decided yet but I may have them give away glass ice buckets as party favors.
I need to either die in good weather or have the party scheduled later when the weather is good so everyone can be outside.
@Lorajay Haha! You have everything planned out except the date! And even that you are directing the event to be on a "good weather" day!
Wow, I was going to have my daughter plan my life celebration, but I guess I can start getting some ideas in order. I did request that my daughter dance a particular hula to a song I like. She hasn't started choreographing it yet, so I'll procrastinate on dying for a few more years, to give her time, haha!
