Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.It doesn't give the name of the shooter, but my guess is that from the victim's name the guard was black and the shooter was white. I figured it was only a matter of time until one of these redneck armed "rebels" against the lockdown would end up shooting someone innocent. States need to rethink these open carry laws.
