First, Opera private window -- didn't work
Next, Opera non-private -- didn't work
Next, Tor -- didn't work
Next, Brave private and non -- didn't work
Next, Firefox (version 68 ) private window -- Works (so far)
However, there is a message at the top "You must enable DRM to play some audio or video on this page. Learn More"
. . . hmmm the 'Learn More' link explains how to opt out of the Google Widevine plugin -- except I don't have that one installed 
. . . that word 'free' -- I don't think it means what you think :

@Bierbasstard Google (and all the DRM participants) is laughing "all the way to the bank" 
@Bierbasstard Most (all ? ) browsers make that fairly easy. Not sure if they are all 'compatible -- Brave kinda bungle the outcome.
If by 'safe' you mean does is work -- yeah -- are they 'private' . . . hmmm.
