Doesn't matter much to me. I am pretty sure l will never meet any of you folks in person. In person conversations is how you get to know someone. I have met a couple of people on line years ago, and after meeting them in person l felt like l was meeting a different person. While l enjoy seeing other people's views on things and sometimes it is educational, l don't feel like it is anymore than that.

I agree people can be completely different in person(and on the phone) than their online presence. I've met & talked to several in my 'other' world.

Someone also we've known for years is completely nasty & toxic online. I'll admit that shed a different light on them to the point I removed them from my FB list... 😮

Thanks for the tips. I check profiles when I like someone's post or comment. Then I might want to follow their posts. Nice to get to know fellow members.

I'm strictly here for community at this point. I review profiles to get a sense of people who post things that get my attention. So far, I haven't had any one-on-one contact with anyone here.
