If a person that has blocked me has 'Reacted' to a post, but no comments show (obviously) when they have commented, why does the post show "Be the first to comment and get double " ?

Thanks for confirming my 'wonderings' 
Is this the place where 'reports' like this might get looked-at -- not a big deal, more 'wondering'.
@FearlessFly the Senate is more effective for these reports of glitches ..
