I love this idea. Since the pandemic started, a college near me is shut down and the reduced light pollution is glorious for those of us who like to observe the night sky. Save energy, reduce light pollution, save insects .

It will also, quite incidentally, save energy.
Good idea, anyway. Light pollution is becoming a major nuisance.
