Yet Basement Joe is against federal reefer decriminalization. The use of the term dementia is the hyperbole of the meme, but Biden is clearly in cognitive decline. It's explained away as a "stutter," but he struggles with actual coherence. When he is coherent, a lot of what he advocates is detestable.
He has been a lifelong stuttered. He spent many years getting his stutter under control for public speaking. But on occasion when he gets too excited or overenergized, he loses that control. Any stutterer (ask my brother) will tell you its takes a few moments to get that control back. In that time it looks like he is mentally wandering, but he's not. O don't even like Biden, but I dislike Republican falsified even less.
@t1nick - then his choice to continue to criminalize marijuana federally is all the more detestable.
Not even Drapper can sell this dumpster fire.
