Hello everyone. Signed up the other day to check out the site. I live in very south Oklahoma, meaning literally on the river just across from Denison, Tx. I grew up in and out of the religious world and all across the spectrum. Baptist, Methodist, Non-Denominational and finally ended up in the Church of Christ. I came into my realization of the absense of GOD in the late 90's after my many experiences, as well as, self study. The most influential being Joseph Campbells "The Power of Myth".
My main goal on here IS to find someone to share my life with on a daily basis. But, I am intrigued at the nature of how this site operates and can see this platform as a great way to find friends.

Hiya! The more I get to know Americans (I'm Australian), the more I realise how messed up Americans are by religion. This is a good posse on this site, I hope it gives you some comfort from whatever you need to run to ground.
