He has lied so much all of his life there is no way he can keep track of which lie he told yesterday, let alone five years ago.

That was one of the reasons my daddy told me it was important not to lie.

American exceptionalism is a myth. Has been at least for 40 years. Its the ethnocentric rational we use to exert our muscle around the world. But even that is coming to an end.

@Fred_Snerd November 3 will go a long way in determining if that is true, or if our darkest days in a century and a half are just starting.

I would like to look at what he considers "Real History Education". I can imagine it's revisionist history. I think Putin must be insulted by the term "American Exceptionalism, so he told his boy not to use it.

@Fred_Snerd Exactly. Daughters of Confederacy. All the "Monuments" stem from that. The most maligned president is US Grant, who was our first civil rights president. History describes him as a drunk instead of the hero he was. Describes Robert E Lee as a "southern gentleman" instead of the traitor that he was.

@Fred_Snerd That's a shocking quote, I've never read that before. Lincoln was a segregationist, that is why I said Grant was our first Civil Rights President.
