Accepted wisdom is that once you have had chicken pox you won't get it again. But many adults do, except that it is then called shingles. Same virus, but with a subtle difference. Will there eventually be a special word for Covid, part two?

It is possible that there may be as many variations as the flu.

If just one person gets it more than once, obviously "herd immunity" isn't going to be possible. Period.
And BTW "herd immunity" is achieved when everyone with no resistance is DEAD, & then the survivors breed resistant children. Not happening this week......
