Love that pic of Manute and Charles. Manute Bol was a great humanitarian and victim of Muslim tyranny in Sudan. He donated all his money to his village. Many of them were slaughtered. Manute was imprisoned as an enemy of the state. Wealthy NBA people in US managed to get him smuggled to Cairo. They purchased a home for his family in Bridgeport CT where he went to college. He took a taxi from JFK to his Connecticut home and was involved in a horrible car crash. He never completely recovered and died at 47. So sad. He should still be alive. Sudan has recently become a democracy. Great man. Manute Bol. Happy Birthday!
