The one with the most advertisements running at the end is typically losing.
The one that feels like they are winning will save the money for future donations within their party or their next campaign. The loser can't keep the campaign money after they leave and they can't face their donors telling them that they didn't do enough when they still have piles of money left on the table. It's typical campaign spending and a sign of someone that knows they're on their last leg.

And my email box is 90% requests for donations, now. Maybe more. The more you give, the more they want and then trade your email address with every other candidate. How do you take money out of politics when it seems to be their only measure of success? I'm tapped-out. Did my share. More.
