Over Ten Million Covid-19 cases have occurred in the USA.
The population is around 330 million, which makes it an average of one person in every thirty three. Putting that into percentage terms means that 3% of the population on the US have been infected.
For comparison, Italy, where it first hit seriously, has a 1.5% infection figure.
Canada has 0.68% and Mexico has 0.73%. No wonder a wall is needed!!

They want to keep the US out. I'm so relieved we're getting rid of Donnie boy, I'm hoping our new dad grounds us until it is safe to go out again.
