America lost a great citizen today when Professor Walter E Williams died at the age of 84. Professor Williams was a principled Black conservative who thought that Lincoln was a bad President because he made the federal government too powerful. We once had a brief email debate on that subject with the White guy(me) defending Lincoln and the Black guy(Williams) criticizing him. Rest in peace Walter Williams.
