People get started down the religion rabbit hole as children and by the time they realize the mountain of bullshit they are in it's just too late to for most people to even contemplate turning around and climbing out of it.

You have to remember that nobody studies religion as deeply as a priest, and the more you know about it the more you are going to question it. The sad thing is that it is the most honest and decent humans among them, who suffer with their conscience, the a####### don't care.
