A Prayer for Trump

Dear God in Heaven above,

Please be with President Trump as he golfs his way thru the New Year while millions of people are faced with hunger and eviction in the wake of the pandemic economy that he, himself is responsible for. Please don't let him have a massive heart attack, or get eaten by an alligator, or be consumed by a particularly aggressive form of cancer, or suffer the debilitating effects of an alien brain slug, or have his bowels fall out on the th fairway, or be swallowed by the sudden formation of a 7-mile deep sinkhole, or be obliterated by a meteor strike that hits exactly where he's standing, or be kidnapped by a cell of transgender radical Islamists, or suddenly stop breathing because his lungs are filled with fat, or be stung repeatedly by an angry swarm of venomous insects, or be overcome by any of a wide variety of conditions that might compromise his ability to lead us back to prosperity as only he can.

This we pray in thy Holy name.
