Back in the day when doping was endemic in professional cycling, many teams would employ one member of staff purely because he had never taken any kind of illegal drug nor was currently using any of the substances on the list of banned medicines. That person's job would be to supply riders with "clean" urine, which they'd put in a condom held under their armpit with a tube running down under their clothes so they could provide a sample that wouldn't fail doping checks.

Gees we just used to tell people to take Goldenseal and drink copious amounts of water. (Also don't do this!).
