I have made my decision with thanks to you all for your replies/responses and supporting comments, etc.
Weighed up the Pros and Cons, tossed it all over in my mind and YES, I've just given the Go Ahead to the Lawyers to go " Full Steam ahead and Don't spare the Horsepower."
They have informed that the first plan will be to make an of Settling the Compensation Claims out of Court BUT will NOT accept ANY reduction to the amounts claimed.
These claim settlements WILL be held completely SEPARATE and APART from the other charges pending in the Magistrates Court as they ARE a Civil Case.
I got the impression from what I heard over the phone that there was some cheering occurring in the background as well.
