I’m so proud of my little man. Today he asked if we could make care packages for the homeless. He researched items people living in the streets might need. Then we went to Target and picked up personal care items, socks, flashlights, snacks, and even a can of dog food ... enough stuff for 3 people.
He was SO excited about doing this — and even contributed some of his own toward it. He can’t wait for us to locate 3 individuals who would benefit from a child’s kindness. 
UPDATE: He’s now writing little individual notes of encouragement. I adore this kid!

He has the most tender heart and is the most selfless person I know. I was truly blessed with a good one! 🥰
Just be careful in distributing the supplies. A small percentage of the homeless can be aggressive.

Thanks for the heads-up. I did give me son a little talk about the different types of people we could encounter, as some have mental health issues. We’ll be careful.
