Beautiful song. Makes me wish I was Irish.😉

With that colour of hair of yours...I feel sure there must be some Celtic blood running through you!

When I was a young man I thought they made Green Beer from special plants that made the beer green. Then I found out they dyed the beer green...what a disappointment.

Don’t think green beer is a great idea anyway!

@Marionville I have heard that if one drinks enough green beer one will pee green the next day.

@nicknotes Don’t think I’ll put it to the test!

Wow, this marks the 43rd anniversary of Saint Patrics day 1978, the significance of that one was that it was my last and greatest acid trip of my life. I never had a good trip after and gave up on trying to have another by 1980. I remember the moment it started to hit me, I was in down town San Diego in a small shop and the incredible hulk TV show came on, and as Bill Bixby was turning green on his way to turning into Lou Ferrigno the universe seemed to experience a glitch in the matrix.
I thought the guy that sold me the blotter was lying to me, claiming it was a 16 way hit when the most I had ever found was 4... I ate the whole thing.
Before the evening was over I had forgotten how to talk.

That must’ve been quite frightening...glad you’re still here to tell the tale.

@Marionville It was a blast, like leaving Earth all together. The road turned into a flowing black river, and clocks had sparks flying off the second hand. If I could do it again I certainly would. As good as that trip was every single attempt to have a similar experience was a literal nightmare from hell. Hence my decision to abstain since.

@Willow_Wisp
Acid was a bit different in the late seventies!!!

It was not as powerful unless you took copious amounts!!!

The enjoyment never wavered if the place, the eviroment, and if your guide was experienced!!!

After awhile one could navigate without a guide, you learned to take advantage of the time and place for a pleasurable experience!!!

Too many let their fears and insecurities rule their trips signs of societal insanity creeping into ones being!!!
Which we are all guilty on some level!!!

Wow, you too. That crept up!

I really love this one!

@Marionville reminds me of my summer working in Scotland 😊

@girlwithsmiles Lots of similarities between the two countries...I have a foot in both...so picture me astride the Irish Sea!
