I was out with one of the younger kids, he was doing some work for me. Watching him hit a nail rather clumsy. I said let me show you how to swing a hammer. Not even thinking of it I picked the hammer up and starting nailing. He said your left hand my imidate response was no. I am one of the small amounts of the population that is ambidextrous. With a smirk, I changed hands and started to nail just as accurate with my other hand. I could hear in the back of my head, a carpenter I was good friends with saying smartass. Is there any ambidextrous out there?
I was made right handed in school, but the left handed process continued at home where my mother had suffered the same conversion. SO, now i do everything equally bad with both hands.
