I think people need to stop conflating the constitutionally protected right to free speech with speech that is free from societal repercussions.

Hi there. Some people think fee speech means that they can say anything they like. Daft.

Then that speech needs vigorous attack by other free speech. This actually worked over the 4 years of our abuse but the power of the WH almost made reasoned public opinion a moot thing. What has to be addressed is the power of WH. Not free speech. Censoring people is counter productive.

@rainmanjr ACLU says KKK has a right to march and have a right to use the "n" word. A privately owned platform like Twitter or Facebook had a right to censor what they please.

Yes, FB can. Intentionally or unintentionally, FB admitted that it was a publisher in court a couple of years ago. As a publisher, FB can edit its contents including deleting posts and removing accounts.
