Yea...I caught that; he complains a few years ago that the N.C. and D.C. police "targeted him"...but why? Nothing to do with his skin color, right? Here he speaks of a "trust gap" between African Americans and law enforcement...yet he seems to have forgotten this experience in his recent speech.
