Day 8 and still no smoking or even desire/s to do so.
Have gotten to the point now where I can't even tolerate the smell of of tobacco smoke, ash-trays and the like.
Senses such as Taste and Smell are increasingly better with each passing day, sleeping much better now, far, far less coughing episodes ( when I do cough though, the CRAP that has been clogging up my lungs for decades now comes out, not a very nice sight I might add but better to be rid of it than keep it imo,) and I feel as though I am beginning to breathe better and easier as well.

Watch out for that desire-to-smoke to reappear unexpectedly. Be ready and don't give in!

Fantastic! I can't stand the smell of any of it now either, even after all my years off of it.
