No. It is an anti-Biden post. He was VP, that's correct and important. A VP gets to set zero of what becomes his bosses agenda. VP certainly gets to voice a preference or idea, maybe both (if POTUS likes the VP), but VP only follows (loyally) the course. As POTUS we can see more of the VP's personal style and desires. But this wording would like us to blame him as VP. I think many of us see what they did, though. China and Russia are the only real continents left for u$A Empire to conquor and have been putting into place for some time. China has recently started to object. We'll see how that plays out but I don't agree with a hard line approach to China. They are of no military threat unless they align with Russia and a hard line will push them that way.
