My education, in watching how technologies become standard tools, whispers that this was inevitable. Obama (as every POTUS would have done) championed the technology, and military use of it, but my main concern is that it's also available to every PD across our nation. Most of us are reminded of the scene in Robo Cop but that would be an acceptable loss for this society. We'd be horrified but over it by the next news segment.

Leave it to Erdogan to use this technology. I fear to next use of nuclear weapons will be by a Mohammedan country.
