Oh, I have been to Florida in August and spent my first 31 years in the Midwest, so I know about humidity. I do prefer the dry heat here, but when it goes over 115, it IS oppressive.
@MsKathleen Humidity keeps your skin nice though.
No I honestly don't. Thank you. We're significantly NE of you and at 5000 ft.
We're almost as dry and it was hot today by our standards -- 100 degrees.
But we're not in the same class as you heat wise. Good luck and stay safe.
