Advice is generally SOMEONE ELSE’S Science. What you best use is your own internal science. Others views do not necessarily match your own circumstances which skews the things you learn.
In the end it is YOU that matters and gathering science facts from as many other people as is reasonable will produce better results. Make sure the others are positive people.
Perhaps this is why this site employs no professional advice givers and why you get absence of anything except commands on a religious site.

Good question but just get your catagory right or make it general. The thinking ones will search you out - not that there are many unthinkers on this site.
