The thing that we should pay attention to is simply the fact that under IRS rules under non-profits no group should advocate in word or action a stand on a specific political issue or person. They could lose their tax exempt status. Of course the POS tRump and his enablers ignored this ruling but we need to push this. TBH, I'm unsure why anyone who approves of choice and gay rights would want to be in that Church. It's got to be from sheer force of parental indoctrination. I knew an ex-Priest, who left the Priesthood after falling in love with (and marrying) a Nun, and he said leaving was a great thing for him. I think The Church has every right to rebuke them for not following dogmatic order (deliverance from sin) and it should serve to make the rest leave. They want life both ways and that keeps this so-called Church powerful. Leave and maybe it falls.
