Pure evil! Evil is not some ridiculous supernatural spirit phenomenon. It is action driven by malicious intent. It is clear the GOP no longer even pretends to care about coherent governing policies to address any societal needs. They are motivated purely by desire for political power, and, knowing they are numerically somewhat of a minority and a shrinking one at that, they have abandoned any respect whatsoever for democracy or the Constitution.

The GOP first and foremost serves the wealthy. But its number one most powerful tool for enticing support is the cynical manufacture and exploitation of bigotry-based fears, most notable of all being culturally deeply entrenched racism.

People who value reason and facts had better be watching closely, because the GOP are working very hard to replace democracy with a fascist theocracy.
