Ugg if it isn't insomnia it sure does taste like it.. how do people deal with this the lack of sleep .. ya think I would know by now since i've had this ailment now for the better part of 6 years or so its just so damn frustrating always just skating on the edge of sleep. like Tyler Durden said in Fight Club "When you have insomnia you're never really asleep and you're never really awake.".. man what I wouldn't do for just a couple hours strung together rather then the 10 minutes here 5 minutes there and maybe a prolonged period of 20 minutes at one given time. So my question i'm open to suggestions i've tried many most don't work. the only sure fire method is medical grade elephant tranquilizers but lets just say they leave me a tad irritable the next day. so anywho how is everyone tonight

Here is an interesting idea that may work for some, my sleep patterns have improved, I drink one glass a day around noon time.
