BTW; Someone asked me..."why do we who are vaccinated (or immune due to having the illness and growing our own resistance) have to still wear masks?

The "why" is a bit of a science thing....but if you can stay with me;

1. Viruses depend on warm, moist bodies.

2. Humans are excellent viral harbors.

3. Fortunately - in our bloodstream are many chemical "antibodies" (not bodies...but dissolved chemicals) that are there either because we created them or got vaccines to be protected from them - so once the viruses enter our blood...they're dissolved (not "killed" as they're not technically "living" ).

4. We who are vaccinated CAN CARRY, AND SHARE VIRUSES THAT CAN KILL OTHER HUMANS - They stay "alive" (read active or able to penetrate living cells) because they're 'hitching a ride" on us...in our saliva, in our mucus. They can't "reproduce" because of the "antibodies" in our blood system.

5. Hence if we are vaccinated we might not let the viruses penetrate our blood....but they CAN AND DO EXIST FOR SHORT TIMES WITHIN US. WE CAN CARRY THE VIRUS FROM AN INFECTED PERSON HOME - AND GIVE THAT VIRUS TO A FRIEND, OR FAMILY MEMBER -EVEN IF IT DOESN'T ATTACK US!

6.Thus we should wear masks because there's a lot of idiots who for some reason or another are not vaccinated - and are thus possibly loaded with COVID19 (and many other) viruses - who can then "loan us" a virus that we might infect others with...even though we are immune.
