Does this mean that we can now legally take guns into the House and Senate and use then to voice our opinions as long as we do not actually shoot anyone. Just a couple of shots to make sure the guns work and the ammo is good. Do not mean any harm, of course. And of course, there would be no opposition to the arrival of the people as they would all assure they will not kill anyone unless provoked, I mean unless the people wanted get in the way of their noose.
