I feel as if my ex could have written this. Except, it was me who had difficulties living together - not for all the reasons that were listed in this article, but some of them.

My ideal would be a bali style home with pods, with a walkway to separate bedrooms and bathrooms, each on opposite sides of a joint kitchen and living space. Freedom to spend the night in each others arms, or in our private spaces.

I performed a wedding for a couple 7 years ago, who still live in separate houses 10 minutes from each other. They like it that way.

Buy a duplex! Or a mansion with separate wings, if you can. Then agree to meet for dates.
