I was a security guard supervisor part-time for ten years. I would Know every right and law in that situation. Where none of those cops knew one step of the law and already illegal constitutional mandated laws to wear masks outside.

The journalist had his microphone the whole time doing his job as a license journalist standing alone with ten or more ignorance police with no idea what their job is ,other than to intimadate the public from their protest.
All the cops could not arrest him, nor stop him from not wearing a mask or stop him from him doing his job. My job and in the Arts and kind of entertainment industry has been wiped out by the Nazi type illegal mandates and forces under illegal law. What makes bullies and thug jobs far more important than mine that loved for 45 years. Journalist is teaching people their rights within a Nazi like system. Can't do that with flowers or pussies.
