Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I come from a grammar school, grades 1 through 6, where the teachers encouraged bullying, and bullied the children themselves. I think that goes back to the days of Normal School education and how the teachers were trained.
I hope it has changed.

I see a lot of bullying coming from the home. Kids often act out as they are treated or out of frustration.
