I have a friend who claims almost everyone is a cyborg. It's an interesting idea. I have glasses, 6 crowns on my teeth and really should get hearing aids.

Cybernetics: the science of communications and automatic control systems in both machines and living things.
By these definitions, the hearing aid applies. The caps don't. Neither do the glasses. Neither would false nails.

Yes we are all modified if we live in modern society.
