What the hell is the purpose of such a monstrosity? Is it to let everyone know that this person is not only a lunatic religious zealot but also has a very very small impotent penis?

Don't ask me it's an America vehicle and from an American site, I'm in Australia so see my posting regard the Aussie solution to the Christfool Road Hazard problem.
