Her feelings about sex are valid for her, but only her. It's invalid of her to generalise her feelings to everyone else and especially to other genders. For instance, I don't give a fuck if I'm overheard, by anyone, and when I'm having sex I'm so focussed on her, on myself, that I have little concern for my surroundings.

@JennyRad I understand, but it's worthwhile remembering that a very large percentage of the worlds population live in single room dwellings and they still manage to have kids who are not traumatised or worried by hearing their parents have sex, because it's normal. I think our western customs have made us pretty prudish in many ways.
