I really don’t know if colleges can re-open for Spring semester, but I’d guess not."

Thanks for the good news! Any errant asteroids on the way that could put us out of our misery? Since we are incapable of controlling our own population, nature and warfare has to step in and do it for us occasionally I guess. It’s a pattern that repeats itself on a regular basis. After all, we had two wars to end all wars last century, we are about due for another, except this time we will be lobbing nuclear weapons at each other, and the US soil will not come out unscarred.
