Looks like growing my own greens year round, in my basement was a good idea...

Most of the salad green in our organic food store come from local farmer greenhouses.

Our local market sells Bright Farms greens. They are organic, locally grown in greenhouses, packaged in recyclable packaging. Never a problem with them!

The more you have people handling food, the more likely it is to be contaminated. Buy your greens whole and chop them yourself!

When spring comes, I'll grow my own!

@Organist1 Growing your own is always a good idea.
