China might even offer to share the know-how, outside Communist nations like Russia (whom they are partnering with),, but I doubt it. America will have to wait for leaks or maybe China will build local plants and manage them? Being 16th in science, or whatever we are, won’t make just knowing it’s possible to be good enough.
