A question I have is: if and when this ends who will pay for the carnage? After WWII Russian demanded and got war reparations from Austria which bankrupted the country for decades. Turn around would be fair play for the Russians. Another question is, propaganda always false? According to one definition it is simply the dissemination of information to support a particular cause.
