Well I might be a wee on the tired and weary side atm, but today was a good day and went well.
Had a 9.00 am appointment at the Hospital for Physiotherapy, got a surprise because things, recovery wise are going better than the Therapist expected, that visit lasted until approx. 9.50, then had a bit of a wait before getting an Echo-Cardio-gram done, poor technician nearly had a heart-attack himself when he discovered that I have a regular ectopic beat that occurs in my pulse after every 15th heart-beat.
Poor bloke, said nothing, stepped out of examination room, was gone for a few minutes then came back with this Specialist in tow.
Then came the explanation that I reckon I have given to every Doctor for the 40 + years, they went through the read-out, checked my pulse, etc, etc, and then, finally decided to continue on the Echo-Cardiogram as if nothing was happening.
Left the hospital about an hour later, got a cab to one of the Shopping Centres mainly to get my Covid Booster shot done, then went through the mandatory 15 minutes of sitting quietly, which gave me time to decide what I would treat myself to for an early lunch, after that replenished a few things for the larder, caught another cab home, brought the shopping inside, sat down and let myself catch up with myself for about 10 minutes, put everything away, then took a quick refreshing shower because after the steady rain the last few days the air is steamy and you can raise a sweat by just thinking about do a bit of work . Other than that, and moving much slower than I would normally, I reckon I had a darned good day.
You had a full day and ended up tired and happy. Can't complain about that.
And, now that my right side has recovered enough, also had the 4 prong walking stick adjusted for usage on the right instead not the left vas before..
Waking is much easier and safer now.
