My trials are not over yet. Brendan came home yesterday. He has COVID. Today, he
finally admitted that getting the vaccinations would be a good idea. So. now I have to take care of him instead of the other way around. The furnace is still out, and I am having memories of my childhood. No central heating, but a big stove for cooking and heating. I could use that stove now. But it was another sunny day. The snowdrops are blooming en masse and I am seeing squirrels and interesting birds in the yard.
It is Spring.

I was aware of the importance of vaccinations by age 11. Your post makes me wonder how Brendan was let down by the education system.

And thank you for sharing the flowers, squirrels and birds. 🙂

Hope the weather keeps being sunny and perhaps lack of central heating won’t matter too much. Foolish of Brendan not getting vaccinated…but I’m sure he’s feeling pretty sorry for himself now and you’ll look after him well. Take care of yourself my dear….try to keep cheery, get that great blues and rock music you love belting out to give you a boost!

I'll get an extra-fine seat in Valhalla.
